Shaun says that the most challenging and rewarding parts of his work at Blue Dolphin are one in the same: multidisciplinary projects that require flexibility and creativity. As Engineering Manager, he leads this talented team through each project with the same determination that drives his volunteer work. He is the 2018 President of Los Niños Guild at Children's Hospital Central California, and heads the Saroyan Elementary (Compact Award Winning) Engineering Club. Add a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fresno, and you get a versatile project manager with more than 13 years engineering experience.
